Session recordings remain confidential and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Session notes and recordings are typically kept for up to 7 years unless you request earlier deletion (subject to legal requirements).
